01VACUUM SYSTEM
- Compared with the traditional EVA midsole,the E-TPU midsole uses a physically foamed polyurethane material, which is popcorn- shaped after molding, has excellent resilience and deformation recovery, and its performance is far superior to traditional EVA materials.
- In order to make the machine easier to access, we decided to use a detachable machine screw as its structure. The advantage of it is that it’s easily access to the machine if there are any problem.
- The hydraulic system design is still a big challenge for machine manufacturers. Because clients always expect efficiency, reliability, accuracy, and ease of maintenance.
- Therefore our machines use four directional control vales, to open and close the mold at the most adequate speed. Also use the latest technology lock mold, for an effective maintain of the lock mold pressure, and to ensure that the mold does not leak.
